General Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer. The giveaway is organized by Blueboard Limited the entity organized under the law of Ireland, with registered address at The Wilde, 53 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, D02 PR63, Ireland, a subsidiary of Opera Norway AS (“Opera” and “we”, “us” and “our”).

2. Agreement and Terms and Conditions. These General Giveaway Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally-binding contract between you and Opera. By participating in the giveaway you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of Opera shall be final and conclusive. If you don’t agree with these Terms, you may not participate in the giveaway using the Services.

3. Eligibility. The giveaway is available only for the adult users in the countries explicitly listed on the giveaway page]. Employees of Opera Norway AS, its advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Giveaway, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers or any other person or entity associated with the Giveaway (collectively “Giveaway Entities”) and/or the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are not eligible. All local federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Prize The giveaway prize will be explicitly mentioned on the giveaway campaign page through which you accessed these Terms.

5. Entry Period. The giveaway start date will be explicitly mentioned on the giveaway campaign page through which you accessed these Terms and continues while the prizes are exhausted.

6. Requirements. In order to get the Prize you must be an Eligible user and in Entry Period meet the requirements explicitly highlighted on the giveaway page through which you accessed these Terms. The giveaway of tokens will be made to your Opera Wallet provided by Bluboard International AG.

7. Release and Limitations of Liability. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Opera and/or its suppliers from any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the giveaway or receipt of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Operas’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the giveaway, and in no event shall the Opera be liable for attorney’s fees or costs. You agree to indemnify and hold Opera, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out participation in the giveaway.

8. These Terms are based on Norwegian law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles that may require the application of the laws of a different country. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms. All actions or proceedings arising under or related to these Terms must be brought in the Oslo City Court, and each party hereby agree to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction and venue of any such court in all such actions or proceedings. If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

9. NOTICE. Users from the UN, FATF or MAS sanctioned countries are excluded from giveaway without exception.
